One Stroke Inks ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website onestrokeinks.com (the "Site"), where we manufacture and sell plastisol-based inks for screen printing. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information we collect from customers, most of whom are businesses in the screen printing industry.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how we secure it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Site or providing us with information, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information directly from you when you create an account, place an order, or interact with the Site:

Identifiers: First name, last name, email address, password, business shipping/billing address, phone number.
Commercial information: Buying group membership, ID number, order details, and payment information (processed securely via our payment processor; we do not store full credit card details).
Internet or network activity: IP addresses and basic server logs (collected automatically for security and fraud prevention purposes only; we do not collect browsing history, device identifiers, or use tracking for advertising).

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as racial/ethnic origin, health data, biometric data, or precise geolocation) beyond what's needed for transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

To create and manage your account.
To process and fulfill orders, including calculating shipping costs and arranging delivery.
To communicate with you about your orders, account, or customer service issues.

We maintain a separate Mailchimp mailing list signup form on the Site. If you opt in by providing your first/last name and email and confirming via the verification link Mailchimp sends, we share only that name and email with Mailchimp for sending our regular email updates (newsletters, promotions). We do not share account details, order history, or other personal information with Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in our messages or by contacting us.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, profiling, automated decision-making with legal effects, or selling/sharing personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as necessary and with the following categories of third parties:

Payment processors (to handle credit card or terms payments securely; we use encrypted token IDs via our accounting system and do not store full card details).
Shipping carriers (such as UPS and FedEx; we provide shipping address and package weight to obtain freight quotes and arrange delivery).
Our accountants and accounting software providers (for processing payments, inventory, and financial records).

We do not have affiliates and do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers are contractually required to use your information only for the services they perform for us and to protect it appropriately.

4. Security of Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including:

PCI compliance for payment processing.
HTTPS encryption on the entire Site (with forced redirects from HTTP).

7. International Users

While 99% of our sales are in the US, we occasionally ship internationally. This Policy applies regardless of location, but data may be processed and stored in the US.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance.
