Our Take:

This emulsion is amazing...if you expose it correctly.  If you under-expose Textil PHU, you will have a heck of a time getting it out of your screen.  Aside from always using a 21 Step Sensitivity Guide, you really should consider post-exposing this emulsion.  It is worth the extra time as you can get unbelievable detail and extremely tough, durable stencils for use with any ink system.
